The GraceKennedy Money Services Network offers bill payment services across the Caribbean under the Bill Express brand. Bill Express offers convenient one-stop bill payment services through a diversified network of locations in Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, and Guyana. Customers also have the option of paying their bills online with the BillExpress Online service.
M24 Money Services Limited is a sub-agent of Western Union and is also licensed by the Bank of Jamaica to operate as a Remittance Service Provider in Jamaica. Funds can be sent and received through a Western Union agent anywhere in the world and across Jamaica and can be done through M24 Money Services locations.
Requirements
To collect your Western Union money transfer, you will need the following:
- MTCN Number
- Valid ID
- TRN
- Source of Funds
- Receiving USD $1000 our its equivalent, you would need to provide proof of purpose of funds
- Sender’s ID
- Sender’s TRN
- Relation between sender and receiver.
- Where funds are being sent to.
- Source of funds.
- Amount greater than $1,000 USD or equivalent. Proof of source of funds is required.
- Senders in western Jamaica are required to provide 2 pieces of Government issued ID
M24 Money Services Limited is a sub-agent of MoneyGram International and is also licensed by the Bank of Jamaica to operate as a Remittance Service Provider in Jamaica. Funds can be sent through a MoneyGram agent anywhere in the world and across Jamaica and can be picked up at M24 Money Services locations.
- Have your receiver’s information, along with the money you want to send.
- Hand the money and fees to the agent and your money is on its way.
Ensure you have your reference number and I.D. when visiting the M24 location to pick up funds.
- Reference Number: The person who sent the funds will have the reference number and should give this to you. This number is on the receipt and included in confirmation emails for online transfer.
- ID: You will need to bring a valid photo I.D. (passport, national I.D. or residence permit) and you may also be asked to provide proof of your address (bank statement or utility bill).
If required, complete a simple Receive Form entering the Reference Number given to you by the sender. Hand the receive form and your valid photo I.D. to the M24 agent at the location to receive your money.
